We recognize room cleanliness is the main element in the hotel business and we're committed to clean, comfortable rooms. Every member of our Housekeeping Staff completes a training program with a senior team member. Every room is double checked for quality by a second staff member after cleaning.
The cleaning chemicals we use are evaluated regularly for their performance and we have our supplier visit each of our hotels to ensure proper usage. Our Hotels offer a satisfaction guarantee and the hotel managers are very proud of their staff and confident in their abilities. They will gladly show any guest their latest franchise inspection scores.
